You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, scripts, and materials are the intellectual property of Trading Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.
7. Certificates
Certificates issued by Trading Academy represent course completion only. They are not professional trading licenses, regulatory qualifications, or financial certifications.
8. Trading Simulator
The trading simulator uses synthetic data for educational purposes only. Simulated results do not represent real market conditions, real execution, or guaranteed future performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trading Academy is not liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential damages arising from use of our educational content. You trade at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
